MINIMUM CHARGE
A minimum equivalent to two nights.
A one-night stay is charged as two consecutive nights from check-in, using the applicable rate for each day. The minimum charge does not automatically grant a second night of occupancy. For two or more nights, each night is added at its applicable day-of-week rate.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Outside normal hours, the keybox is used only with authorisation and private instructions. The code is sent only to the confirmed guest shortly before arrival. This is not advertised as automatic 24-hour access.
GUESTS AND VISITORS
Normal maximum: six guests.
- Day visitors are subject to the property rules and authorisation.
- Visitors may not stay overnight without approval.
- When authorised, an overnight guest above the included occupancy costs £10 per person/night; the same occupancy increase is not charged twice.
- An additional guest does not automatically open another bedroom. Requests above the included occupancy require operational review.
- The foldable single bed requires advance request and confirmation. Capacity for seven guests is not advertised or guaranteed.
CANCELLATIONS
Policy shown before any future payment.
Deadlines are calculated from 2:00 pm on the check-in date, Luanda time.
Any exceptions required by law and cases where the property does not match the booking apply. Processing fees, taxes or deposits are not automatically treated as non-refundable.
CLEANING AND INVENTORY
Operational preparation before arrival.
Management will record check-in and check-out condition, inventory and reference photographs, cleaning condition, pre-existing damage and any incidents. Additional cleaning during the stay is available on request, subject to availability and quotation.
