Host application privacy

This information concerns property applications in Luanda for the launch of VERELOO stays.

Who receives your information

VERELOO is an independent brand founded within the Green City Global Development Ltd ecosystem. At this stage, applications are received by the Green City Global Development Ltd team. The team may use local operational support in Angola for necessary visits or checks. For questions about your information, contact admin@vereloo.com.

What we collect and why

We collect the contact person's name and details, relationship to the property, property type, area, number of units, any additional information provided, and up to four optional photos. We use these details to review the application, reply, check authority, arrange a visit and prepare a possible listing. Applying does not publish the property or grant the Verified badge.

Access and retention

Applications and photos are accessible only to the authorised team. The team may share the information needed with those carrying out local checks. We keep the information while needed to review the application and manage any resulting host relationship; applications without follow-up are reviewed for deletion. You can request deletion or correction using the email above, subject to applicable obligations.

Your requests

You can request access, correction or deletion of your information, or withdraw an application, by writing to admin@vereloo.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.
